[ANNOUNCE] 2.6.16.13-ezx8 release

Hello.

It's time again. I picked up all recent patches and release a
patchset.

Changes from ezx7:
------------------
o Half working mux_cli driver. Still buggy, but keeps the phone on
  together with opentapi. Thanks to Daniel Willmann and Jan Luebbe
  working with me on this problem.
o Kconfig option to choose EMU USB or UART mode.

Mux_cli status:
---------------

o We can keep the phone alive with the mux_cli driver build into the
  kernel and flashed in the phone. Beside the driver you need opentapi
  running to send the USBSTAT AT command to turn off the watchdog in
  BP.

o We still have a problem with getting the responses to AT commands
  back to userspace through mux_cli. We're working on this. Stay tuned.

o Opentapi will be extended for socket communication and should
  replace the central role of the original tapisrv. This can, and
  properly will, change in the future.

ROKR E2 / A1200 status:
-----------------------

Most of you have already seen the nice progress dotmonkey do on his E2
work. So why I don't included this patches into ezx8?

o Dotmonkey work with 2.6.20-rcX kernels. That's totaly fine.

o I started to backport his patches, but think that porting stuff to
  old kernels is silly.

o For now I think having dotmonkeys E2 tree separate is fine.

o Anyway we work to merge this tree in the future to avoid duplicate
  work and code.

Housekeeping:
-------------

o I put up a pending patches folder on my people account. Patches
  inside are considered for merging, but have not been tested yet or
  were even not able to apply at all.

o I think about setting up a git repo. Never done before. Don't expect
  anything before end of february.
